Who We Actually Are

We're not your typical suit-and-tie architecture firm. Started this thing back in 2009 because we got tired of seeing the same boring boxes pop up everywhere.

The Real Story

Look, we've been doing this for over a decade now, and honestly? Every project still gets us excited like it's day one. We're based out of Queen West in Toronto - yeah, the artsy part - because that's where the creative energy is.

Our thing is making spaces that don't just look good in photos but actually work for real people. You know, places where you'd wanna spend time, not just walk through once for Instagram.

We've done everything from tiny laneway houses to massive commercial builds, and the common thread? We actually listen. Crazy concept, right? But turns out when you listen to what folks need instead of just pushing your "vision," things turn out way better.

Sustainability isn't a buzzword for us - it's just how we roll. Why wouldn't you design something that'll last and won't cost a fortune to heat?

What Drives Us

Real Innovation

Not the kind that's just for show. We're talking actual problem-solving that makes your life easier. Sometimes that means high-tech solutions, sometimes it's just clever use of space.

Human-Centered

Buildings are for people, not awards (though we've won a few). We design around how you actually live and work, not some idealized magazine version of life.

Future-Focused

Climate change is real, y'all. Every design decision we make considers the long game - energy efficiency, materials, adaptability. Your grandkids will thank us.

Meet The Team

A bunch of design nerds who care way too much about door handles and natural light

Team member
Ravel Quintharis

Principal Architect

Started this whole thing because conventional architecture bored him to tears. Still gets his hands dirty on every project.

Team member
Sarah Mitchell

Lead Designer

The one who somehow makes sense of everyone's wild ideas and turns them into actual buildable plans. Coffee addict, sketch enthusiast.

Team member
James Chen

Sustainability Consultant

Our green building guru. If it exists and it's sustainable, James knows about it. Probably bikes to work in a snowstorm.

Team member
Maria Rodriguez

Project Manager

Keeps us all on track and on budget. Has a scary-good memory for details. Don't try to sneak anything past her.

Our Approach (The Non-Boring Version)

We don't have a "signature style" because that's kinda limiting, don't you think? Your project should look like YOU, not like us.

1
Listen First

We spend more time listening than talking in those first meetings. Weird, we know, but it works.

2
Sketch Like Crazy

Before we fire up the fancy 3D software, we draw. A lot. It's faster and keeps ideas flowing.

3
Reality Check

Budget matters. Timeline matters. We'll tell you straight up what's doable and what's fantasy land.

4
Build It Right

We're on site regularly. Can't tell you how many issues we've caught just by showing up and paying attention.
