• We might showcase completed projects in our portfolio (but we'll ask first)

How Long We Keep Stuff

We keep your info as long as we need it. Active project? We keep everything. Random inquiry from 2 years ago that went nowhere? Probably deleted by now. Completed projects stick around longer because we need records for professional liability and sometimes clients come back years later needing something.

Canadian regulations require us to keep certain project documentation for specific periods - usually 7-10 years depending on the type of work.

Kids & Privacy

Our services are for adults. We're not knowingly collecting info from anyone under 18. If you're a parent and think your kid gave us their info somehow, let us know and we'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We might update this from time to time. If we make big changes, we'll probably send an email or post something obvious on the site. The "Last Updated" date at the top will change too.
