We're a pretty tight-knit group who've been working together for years. Each person brings something different to the table, which is kinda the whole point.
Principal Architect & Founder
Started this whole thing back in 2012 after spending way too many years in big corporate firms. Got tired of cookie-cutter designs and wanted to actually listen to what clients need. These days I'm still hands-on with every project - can't help myself, really. Outside the office, you'll find me sketching in coffee shops or obsessing over mid-century furniture.
Senior Designer & Sustainability Lead
Joined us in 2015 and basically revolutionized how we think about sustainable design. She's got this weird ability to make eco-friendly choices look effortlessly cool instead of preachy. Trained in Vancouver but worked in Copenhagen for a few years, which shows in her clean, functional approach. Total plant mom - our office is basically a greenhouse now.
Project Manager & Client Relations
The person who actually keeps everything running on time and on budget - which, let's be honest, is the hardest job here. Been with us since 2017 and has this supernatural ability to stay calm when contractors call with "small problems" that aren't small at all. Former engineer, so he gets the technical side but also knows how to talk to people like a normal human.
Interior Design & Visualization Specialist
Our newest addition as of 2020, but you'd never know it from how seamlessly she fits in. Does all our 3D renderings and they're honestly so good that clients sometimes think they're photos. Also has this knack for helping people figure out what they actually want when they can't quite articulate it. Montreal native who brings a certain je ne sais quoi to everything she touches.
Our studio's in Queen West, right in the heart of Toronto's design district. We've got coffee, some really comfy chairs, and a bunch of models and sketches scattered around. Give us a heads up before swinging by so we can make sure someone's around to chat - we're sometimes out at sites or meetings.
